Job Title: Restoration Project Manager

Salary: $70K-$90K + Commission

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Restoration Project Manager to oversee and coordinate property damage mitigation projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Xactimate and a strong ability to manage time and resources efficiently to ensure timely and effective restoration services for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all phases of restoration projects including planning, execution, and completion.
- Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Utilize Xactimate software for accurate estimating of projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations throughout the project.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in disaster restoration project management.
- Proficiency with Xactimate estimating.
- Experience in water damage mitigation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- IICRC Certification is a plus, but not required.
