Shift Differentials

2nd Shift: +$2.50/hour
3rd Shift: +$3.50/hour
Weekend Differential: +$1.50/hour

(Friday 5:00 PM – Sunday midnight)

Key Responsibilities

Deliver and oversee nursing care for assisted living residents in accordance with RiverMead policies and professional nursing standards
Perform initial and ongoing resident assessments
Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the Director of Nursing, Neighborhood Coordinators, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families
Administer medications and provide therapeutic treatments, including wound care, immunizations, and infection management
Carry out physician orders and coordinate referrals to appropriate healthcare disciplines as needed
Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and overall well-being

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Hampshire
Current CPR certification
