The Administrative Assistant will report into the Manager II QA Engineer/Incoming Inspection at our Nashua site. The primary responsibility will be to ensure positive control of nonconforming material, maintaining compliance with the employed Quality Management System.

The Administrative Assistant will work with cross-functional personnel to maintain positive segregation, identification, and control of nonconforming material. Additionally, they will provide support to the bond room, which includes compiling special reports, conducting special projects, and managing non-conformances within quality software systems. Other administrative duties as required will also be part of the role.

Required Skills and Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years work experience
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience or knowledge of Oracle
Must be organized and able to perform and prioritize multiple tasks
Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)

Preferred Skills and Education

Position requires various administrative tasks including but not limited to:
Working with support personnel peers to reassign product/NCs to proper "role" for disposition
Transferring material within Oracle ERP system
Managing the scrap material process
Managing inventory on regular basis
Generation of move tickets
Processing debit memos and run reports
Return to Supplier tracking
Calibration support including:
Retrieval of assets, equipment and tooling due for calibration
