About The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Care Agent to join our Customer Support team. As an offsite agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive timely and effective assistance through various communication channels. This full-time, hourly role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in English.

What You'll Do

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in English.
Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the problem, troubleshooting, and providing effective solutions.
Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in the system.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to answer customer questions effectively.
Adhere to department policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Work towards achieving personal and team performance goals, including response times and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications

Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
Prior experience in customer service, customer support, or a related field is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proficient in using customer support software, email platforms, and other digital tools.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying productive and accountable.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Availability to work full-time hours, including occasional weekends or holidays if required.

The pay range for this role is:
