Overview
Precinct of Haverhill Corner, NH is seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrator. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations. Ensure efficient office management, and providing exceptional customer support. This position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively. And, mostly importantly, experience. One evening each month is required.

Duties

Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain updated records.
Manage office operations.
Provide administrative support by preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed for the monthly meeting.
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Collaborate with commissioners to streamline processes and improve overall office efficiency.
Quarterly meter readings utilizing state of the art software.
Utilize QuickBooks Desktop, PayChex and manage website.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a municipal setting.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry and QuickBooks.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer support.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.
Ability to work independently.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Based on experience

Expected hours: Fluctuates 10 – 12 hours per week

Schedule:

Day shift
Monday to Friday
