About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Bow, NH. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service, lead generation, or sales support experience. As the first point of contact for incoming inquiries, you will help drive new business, build client relationships, and support overall business development efforts.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the first contact for incoming sales inquiries and customer calls
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers within assigned markets
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Identify and pursue business development opportunities
Collaborate with the sales team on outreach initiatives (e.g., lunch‐and‐learn events)
Utilize warm calling strategies to generate qualified leads
Provide product details, pricing, and quotes to customers
Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed targets
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system (Pipedrive)
Support general sales operations and account management activities

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, telemarketing, or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
Self‐motivated, goal‐oriented, and able to work in a fast‐paced sales environment
Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
Must work on‐site in Bow, NH
- Due to frequent customer visits and face‐to‐face interactions, this position is not eligible for remote work
