This position is for the Office/Campstore & Events.

General responsibilities include:

Reservations - taking reservations, checking people in & out, checking car tags, answering phones & emails, and general customer service.

Campstore- Stocking shelves, ticketing merchandise, keeping store clean and organized, site deliveries, running the cash register and customer service.

Cleaning- cleaning bathrooms and community areas daily, creating inventory requests to maintain supply levels, creating work requests for the maintenance department and customer service.

Events- helping to run scheduled activities and events as needed.

Summary

As Campground Office Staff (Seasonal), you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and hospitality to our guests. Reporting to the Campground Manager, your role involves managing front desk operations, assisting with guest inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your core skills in customer service and hospitality will enhance guest relations. Additionally, your relevant expertise in guest services and resort operations will contribute significantly to creating memorable experiences for all visitors.

This job is for a full time position.
32-40 hours

In addition to pay all of our employees have day use of our facilities. This includes our river access on the Saco River, beaches, playgrounds, and other activities.

Special Notes:
This is a seasonal position.
Holidays and weekends are required to be worked for the postion.
Start date is May
End date is October 20th.
