Duties:

- Answer phone calls and schedule services

- Accts Payable/Accts Receivable data entry using QuickBooks Desktop

- Organize and maintain physical and digital files

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role

- Proficient in using phone systems and office management software

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- QuickBooks Desktop experience (preferred but not mandatory)

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision

- Positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
