Lead and oversee complex Agile projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Agile Value.

·Driven Delivery principles Develop and implement robust project governance frameworks to maintain delivery quality risk mitigation and compliance.

·Drive Agile methodologies to maximize business value and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.

·Collaborate with cross functional teams to facilitate effective Scrum management and promote continuous improvement.

·Mentor and guide project teams on best practices in Agile planning execution and delivery.

·Analyze project performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions for timely delivery.

·Foster a culture of transparency accountability and Agile mindset adoption across teams.

·Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle

Roles and Responsibilities

·Define project scopes objectives and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership.

·Establish and maintain project governance structures including risk management and issue resolution

·Lead Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning Daily Standups Reviews and Retrospectives ensuring value driven delivery Promote Agile mindset and behavioral change across teams through servant leadership and coaching.

·Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders Ensure adherence to Scrum management principles and facilitate effective team collaboration.

·Drive continuous process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness Support resource planning and allocation to meet project demands

·Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear requirements and expectations Identify and remove impediments to maintain team productivity and delivery flow.

·Mentor and coach project managers and Scrum Masters to build Agile capability and maturity.
