About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
Review information for accuracy and completeness before inputting records.
Verify and correct data discrepancies when needed.
Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
Generate reports and retrieve information as requested by team members.
Ensure confidential information is handled securely and in accordance with company policies.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to gather and update information.
Perform routine quality checks to maintain data integrity.
Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous data entry, administrative, or clerical experience is preferred.
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Familiarity with database systems and data management tools is an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
