Job Overview
We are seeking an on-site Office Administrator to handle daily operations with a strong focus on bookkeeping. This is a perfect role for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys working in a small office environment. MUST be able to work independently and be driven to be efficient with time/organization.

Responsibilities

Managing accounts payable and receivable for multiple small companies.
Invoicing clients and tracking payments.
General office organization and filing.
Assisting with property management tenant correspondence.
Data entry and maintaining financial records.

Requirements

Experience in office management or bookkeeping roles
Previous office administration experience preferred
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a major plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Office/basic computer skills
Strong organizational skills.
Strong ability to work independently
Reliable transportation to Dublin, NH.

Schedule:

Part-time: Approximately 20-35 hours per week.
Target hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (4 days a week).
Flexible "school hours" scheduling, provided the schedule remains somewhat consistent once set.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
