Duties
The Payroll Data Entry Analyst will be responsible for the accurate and timely data entry related to payroll.. This role will review, validate and execute the data entry process in our HRIS Systems. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Perform data entry of all new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations in ADP and SAP across all divisions.
- Process USHR Payroll onboarding notices for all US new hires, promotions, and transfers via Resource Management (RM) system.
- Enter HRCT SAP data updates including promotions, cost center changes, pay rate adjustments, manager changes, and terminations for Corporate/MC.
- Manage late submission data that does not pass through system bridges in ADP, including Leaves, Terms, and Group Changes.
- Process ADP Garnishment and Wisely invoices: code, scan, and submit to Accounts Payable.
- Respond to garnishment verification requests: scan and upload court orders with employee details; process checks and submit to AIC Lockbox.
- Complete Child Support verification requests: complete questionnaires and verifications, scan and upload required documentation.
- Handle Medical Support Orders: scan, save to garnishment folder, and coordinate with Benefits team for enrollment actions.

Required Qualifications
Preferred Experience/Characteristics/ Competencies & Education
- 1–3 years of experience in HRIS data entry, payroll administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with ADP, SAP, or similar HR/payroll systems.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- The ability to key data accurately and quickly
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with HRCT processes and systems.
- Knowledge of garnishment and child support processing.
- Experience in a multi-division or multi-location organization.
- Proficiency with Excel functions to analyze data, reporting, using pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s
