Are you ready to step into a leadership role where your clinical expertise will change lives every single day? As the Clinical Director at Crotched Mountain School, you will guide and inspire a dedicated clinical team serving children and young adults (up to age 22) with autism, neurodevelopmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, and co-occurring psychiatric challenges in a dynamic residential and educational setting.

At Crotched Mountain School, you will…
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of clinicians across our residential and school programs.
- Shape care by overseeing assessments, interventions, and treatment plans that put each student at the center.
- Stay connected by maintaining a small caseload (5–8 cases) and providing direct clinical consultation.
- Coach and mentor staff in crisis prevention, trauma-informed practices, and evidence-based approaches.
- Drive collaboration with families, community partners, and internal teams to ensure the best outcomes.
- Champion innovation by guiding a person-centered vision for clinical services.
What makes you a great fit…
- You are a licensed clinician (LICSW, LCMHC, or Psychologist) with at least 3 years of independent practice and leadership experience.
- You have worked with youth who have complex developmental, psychiatric, and behavioral needs.

Schedule: Full-Time | Exempt (Monday–Friday daytime hours, with limited on-call weekends)
