Housekeeper – Van Horn Estate
Full-Time | $16–$18 per hour + tips | Growth opportunities available
Van Horn Estate is a beautifully restored 20-room luxury inn nestled in Holderness, NH. With two on-site restaurants, an inviting pub, a serene spa, and elegant event spaces, we take pride in delivering an unforgettable guest experience. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join our hospitality team.
What You’ll Do
- Clean and prepare guest rooms and related areas to the highest standards, ensuring every stay feels exceptional.
- Restock amenities and maintain housekeeping closets with supplies and linens.
- Perform laundry duties as needed, keeping items fresh and guest-ready.
- Keep hallways, closets, and public areas clean, neat, and vacuumed.
- Promptly report maintenance needs or safety concerns to management.
- Follow proper procedures for handling Lost & Found items.
- Support guest satisfaction by maintaining a welcoming and polished environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Attention to detail and pride in creating a beautiful, comfortable space for guests.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently (lifting, pushing, pulling).
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills, including front desk support.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate.
