Job Summary
As our restaurant’s Busser/Service Assistant, you’ll be instrumental in keeping business flowing smoothly and efficiently. Our entire staff, from the front of the house to the back of the house, will rely on you to keep the dining room cleared and clean to enhance our guests’ dining experience. This is an entry level position with fast growth potential.
General Responsibilities:
- Come to work with a smile, your full work uniform, a positive attitude and a willingness to give us your all.
- Collect plateware from the dining room.
- Assist the servers in providing a great experience for our guests
- Adhere to all Common Man brand standards
- Deliver food from the kitchen to the dining room
- Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils
- May assist in preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving, as directed
- Ensures work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all company, local, and state guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation.
- Assist the chef and learn food preparation
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
