We are a high-volume, customer-focused dealership seeking an experienced professional to take ownership of our service bay flow, maximizing efficiency and profitability while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years of direct experience as a Production Manager or Dispatcher in a new car automotive dealership is required.
- Operational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage and streamline service shop production, including technician dispatching, workflow management, and resource allocation.
- Track Record of Success: A history of meeting and exceeding productivity and efficiency goals (e.g., maximizing repair order (RO) count, reducing cycle time, increasing billable hours).
- Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills to motivate and hold technicians accountable, with excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with Service Advisors, parts personnel, and management.
- Customer Focus: A commitment to quality control and ensuring every vehicle leaves the shop meeting the highest standards, contributing to a superior customer experience.
