Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a spotless environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces with precision and care.
- Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Follow established safety and cleaning protocols using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment for effective floor care and surface sanitation.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold property standards.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, coffee supplies, and other guest essentials to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily cleaning schedules and uphold the highest standards of hospitality excellence.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial roles is highly preferred; experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and surface sanitation practices.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards and guest service principles.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately in a fast-paced environment.
