Woodcrest Village is a small, well-appointed assisted living community with approximately 35-44 residents. We are family owned and operated and believe strongly in creating a supportive working environment where all employees feel valued.
We're looking for a full-time or multiple part-time people to join our professional team. The applicant will round regularly to ensure the residents of Woodcrest Village are safe, complete daily tasks and provide care during the early morning hours. This is an awake, and independent position. Applicants must be self-motivated.
There is a $2.00/hour weekend differential on top of the pay range.
LNA certification not necessary.

- Overnights 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. or 10:00 - 6:30 a.m.
The Resident Assistant (RA) shall provide assistance and personal care to residents according to the residents’ care plan and as directed by the Health Services Director. The RA will perform these services in a professional manner and with respect for individual preferences of the resident.
Requirements: Individual must be comfortable being on their feet for periods of time, be organized, conscientious and able to keep a clean work space. Personality characteristics needed include ability to "go with the flow", flexibility/adaptability, problem solve on the spot, come with excellent former employer references, and possess the highest level of customer service.
Prior resident care experience experience not necessary, but non-negotiables include having a solid work ethic, being compassionate and working well with others. We are a health care facility therefore reliable transportation and ability to make it to work in bad weather is a must.
