Responsibilities:
Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and/or lathes
Create and optimize CNC programs
Interpret complex blueprints and CAD drawings
Perform in-process quality checks
Select tooling and workholding for efficient production
Adjust programs and offsets to maintain tight tolerances
Maintain clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
5+ years machining and CNC programming experience
Strong knowledge of G-code and CAM software (We use Camworks)
Ability to independently set up jobs
Experience with tight-tolerance parts
Proficient with measuring tools and inspection equipment
Strong problem-solving skills
Reliable and punctual
Multi-axis experience (4th/5th axis)
