Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong clerical skills, proficiency in office software, and excellent phone etiquette. The Receptionist will play a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming environment while ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
Maintain the front desk area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including correspondence and report preparation.
Support team members with various projects as required.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with collision repair receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
Experience preferred but not required
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
