Seeds of Faith, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to provide operational and fundraising support. This role is essential to maintaining internal systems, coordinating workflow, and ensuring smooth execution of programs and development efforts.
Responsibilities
Operational Support:
- Maintain master organizational calendar
- Track deadlines across departments
- Coordinate internal communication
- Organize and maintain digital file systems
- Support payroll and HR documentation processes
- Manage vendor communication and scheduling
Fundraising & Development Support:
- Maintain donor database and records
- Process and track donations accurately
- Prepare donor acknowledgment letters
- Assist with logistics for fundraising events
- Support grant documentation and reporting (as directed)
Marketing Coordination Support:
- Maintain marketing calendar
- Coordinate deliverables between leadership and Brand Lead
- Schedule social media posts (if applicable)
