Duties
- Monitor designated parking areas to ensure compliance with parking regulations and ordinances
- Issue citations or warnings to vehicles violating parking rules, following established procedures
- Conduct regular patrols on foot or by vehicle to observe parking activity and address violations promptly
- Assist the public with parking-related inquiries and provide clear information about regulations and procedures
- Document incidents, violations, and interactions accurately through detailed report writing
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance of parking areas.
- Maintain records of citations issued, reports filed, and daily activities for accountability and review
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with the public and resolve issues courteously
- Ability to handle conflict situations calmly and professionally while enforcing regulations
- Excellent report writing skills for documenting incidents clearly and accurately
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license; some positions may require a clean driving record
- Knowledge of local parking laws, traffic regulations, and enforcement procedures is a plus
- Ability to use a smart phone, printing devices and various phone applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
