Healthcare Recruiter – Allied Health (Contract)
Our client, a leading academic healthcare system in the Boston area, is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across allied health and clinical support functions. This individual will partner closely with hiring leaders and HR stakeholders to develop effective recruitment strategies and attract top talent in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
6 Month Contract
Hybrid work schedule with at least one day per week onsite in the Boston area.Opportunity to support a highly respected healthcare organization and contribute to critical clinical hiring initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for allied health and clinical support roles, including areas such as radiology, imaging, therapy services, and other specialized clinical disciplines.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
Source and engage candidates through multiple channels including professional networks, job boards, and healthcare talent communities.
Manage candidate pipelines, screening, interview coordination, and offer processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Work within a metrics-driven recruiting environment, tracking hiring activity and progress against recruitment goals.
Collaborate with HR partners and operational leaders to support workforce planning and hiring priorities.
Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting within the applicant tracking system.
