We are seeking a fun, energetic Assistant Store Manager who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. This role involves supervising daily store operations, engaging with customers, and utilizing product knowledge to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will lead marketing and social media campaigns, support community engagement activities, and maintain a clean, organized, and presentable store atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations including managing online orders and assigning tasks
- Oversee store cash management and bank deposits to maintain cash drawer accuracy
- Conduct cycle counts of product inventory and report low stock levels
- Maintain outdoor signage and interior window displays monthly
- Ensure the store interior is clean, presentable, and report maintenance needs
- Build professional relationships with local business retailers and support community programs
- Lead marketing and social media campaigns by uploading product photos twice weekly
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail management experience
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and Postal Shipping apps
- Basic social media skills
