K&C Logistics is seeking reliable, responsible, and customer-focused Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. You'll be on the front lines of our operations — ensuring packages reach customers safely, accurately, and on time. Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle to deliver packages to designated locations
- Ensure timely, accurate delivery of all products while maintaining package integrity
- Load and unload packages efficiently and safely
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Verify package accuracy and maintain proper delivery documentation
- Provide outstanding customer service — professional, courteous, and accommodating at every stop
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize schedules and communicate any delays promptly
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in proper working condition
- Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or incidents to a supervisor immediately
- Represent K&C Logistics with professionalism at all times
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs with frequent bending, lifting, and maneuvering in and out of a delivery truck
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Prior experience in courier, logistics, or delivery is a plus — but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $180–$200 per day
- Weekly pay
- $1,000 sign-on bonus
- $250 referral bonus for every eligible driver you refer
