Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Crew Lead who leads by example and works alongside the crew.
This is a hands-on position — you’ll be:
Running the crew
Operating equipment
Jumping in on the work
Not just supervising from the truck.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead daily crew operations (mowing, cleanups, property maintenance)
Work alongside your crew to complete jobs efficiently
Operate equipment (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
Ensure consistent, high-quality results
Keep jobs on schedule and crews productive
Maintain and respect company equipment
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years landscaping experience (crew lead or strong crew member ready to step up)
Strong equipment experience (zero-turns, trailers, etc.)
Ability to keep a crew focused and moving
Willingness to work hands-on every day
Attention to detail and pride in your work
Reliable and professional
Bonus if you have:
Experience with fertilization / weed control
Mechanical or small engine experience
Experience towing trailers
