Competitive Pay
$30.00–$35.40/hour based on experience
Shift Differentials
Weekdays
- 2nd Shift: +$2.00/hour
- 3rd Shift: +$5.00/hour
Weekends
- 1st Shift: +$2.00/hour
- 2nd Shift: +$3.00/hour
- 3rd Shift: +$6.50/hour

What You'll Do
As an LPN, you will:
- Provide quality nursing care in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of practice, and state and federal regulations
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Supervise and support LNAs and LMNAs on your assigned unit
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families while promoting dignity and quality of life
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current New Hampshire Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
