Hillsbrook Village is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to join our overnight team. This role is ideal for someone who prefers a more structured, lower-interruption environment and takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and resident safety.
You will play a key role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-monitored environment while supporting residents and the clinical team during overnight hours.

What You’ll Do
Medication and Resident Care Support
- Administer medications in accordance with certification, state regulations, and community policy
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly
- Assist with activities of daily living as needed during overnight hours
- Support resident comfort, safety, and dignity throughout the shift
Overnight Monitoring and Safety
- Perform routine rounds to ensure resident well-being and building safety
- Respond to call lights and resident needs in a timely, professional manner
- Assist with early morning routines and transitions to day shift
Documentation and Compliance
- Accurately document care provided, medication administration, and observations
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
- Follow all safety, infection control, and emergency procedures
Team Support
- Communicate clearly with the on-shift nurse and incoming team
- Participate in shift report and ensure continuity of care
- Support a respectful, professional, and team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For
- Current MNA certification in New Hampshire
- Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care preferred
- Strong attention to detail, especially with medication administration
- Ability to work independently and stay focused overnight
- Calm, reliable, and professional demeanor
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
