Position Overview
The HR Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the HR department. This position involves assisting with recruitment efforts, managing employee documentation, coordinating HR activities, and ensuring efficient administrative workflows.
Qualifications
- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a similar field is preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative support or HR assistance is beneficial.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
Main Responsibilities
- Aid in recruiting by posting vacancies, arranging interviews, and liaising with candidates.
- Keep employee records accurate and well-organized, both electronically and in physical files.
- Support new hire onboarding by preparing orientation materials and necessary documentation.
- Address employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Handle HR documentation, including leave forms, timesheets, and attendance logs.
- Organize training, workshops, and activities aimed at employee engagement.
- Contribute to the preparation of HR reports and related documentation.
- Assist with payroll and benefits management processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards.
- Perform general administrative tasks to facilitate HR operations.
