Overview
We are hiring a Lead Electrician to run crews and manage commercial and industrial electrical projects.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for job site execution, crew performance, and overall project quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise electrical crews on active job sites
- Plan daily work and manage manpower efficiently
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and support field execution
- Enforce safety standards and NEC compliance
- Train and develop apprentices and junior electricians
- Coordinate with project management and company leadership
Compensation & Benefits
- $38–$42/hr (based on experience and performance)

Requirements
- Licensed Journeyman Electrician
- 7+ years of electrical experience
- Prior crew leadership or foreman-level responsibility preferred
- Strong knowledge of NEC and job site safety
- Ability to read plans and manage work independently
Work Environment
- Active commercial and industrial job sites
- Regular travel between local job sites
- Physical work including standing, climbing, and lifting
