About the Role
We’re looking for someone creative, outgoing, tech-savvy, and highly hands-on to help bring the Pressed brand to life everywhere guests interact with us. One day you might be launching a new campaign or building an email blast; the next you’re in a cafe updating signage, merchandising a seasonal launch, fixing an outdated menu board, or helping open a new location.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, hospitality, operations, and guest experience. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director to make sure the brand doesn’t just look good — it feels consistent, polished, energetic, and unmistakably Pressed across every touchpoint.
You should love fast-paced environments, enjoy being in stores, and naturally notice the little things other people overlook. We want someone who takes initiative, moves quickly, solves problems without being asked, and gets excited about building systems that help a growing brand operate smarter.
This is not a traditional corporate marketing role, and it’s not a purely technical one either. It’s for someone who likes to take ownership, create, execute, improve, organize, and actually see their work come to life in the real world.
This role includes regular visits to cafe locations throughout NH and MA to maintain brand standards and collect operational insights. In-office collaboration at our Nashua, NH headquarters is expected 1-2 times per week minimum.
What You'll Do
Digital Menus & Visual Presence
- Maintain and update digital menus, online ordering platforms, website content, and third-party delivery platforms
- Ensure menus, pricing, photos, and promotions are accurate, visually strong, and consistent across all channels
- Improve presentation and clarity; help make the menus look as good as the food tastes
- Coordinate updates with operations and culinary teams to keep information current and organized
Email & Direct Marketing
- Build and manage email campaigns, automations, and promotional sends
- Support seasonal launches, LTOs, events, and brand campaigns
- Segment audiences and improve engagement over time
- Work closely with ownership, Creative Director and Social Media Manager on messaging and tone
Website & Digital Presence
- Own all website content and updates — keep it fresh, accurate, and visually strong
- Keep menus, hours, location information, promotions, and brand visuals accurate across all platforms including Google, Yelp, etc
- Continuously improve the online guest experience through better organization, visuals, and functionality
In-Store Marketing & Brand Experience
- Oversee in-store marketing execution across all locations — signage, seasonal displays, menu boards, and visual consistency
- Coordinate the sourcing, production, and installation of marketing materials (print, digital, environmental)
- Partner with operations and culinary on new product launches, LTOs, and promotional rollouts
- Ensure every cafe feels consistent, intentional, and reflective of the Pressed brand
- Support new location openings with full in-store marketing setup and materials
Brand Campaigns & Promotions
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (in-store, digital, email, community)
- Plan and manage a marketing calendar across locations
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, and creative partners
Online Reputation & Guest Relations
- Monitor and respond to online reviews across platforms — turn friction into loyalty
- Manage digital guest communication with the same hospitality we bring in person
- Work with operations to surface patterns and insights from guest feedback
- Maintain consistent brand messaging everywhere guests interact with us
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance across email, web, and digital channels
- Report on what’s working and what’s not — without burying the lead
- Test, refine, and optimize marketing efforts over time without overcomplicating things
What You Bring
- 5+ years in marketing, brand, or content-driven roles
- Experience in restaurants, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred
- Comfortable with the full picture: in-store execution and digital channels
- Strong eye for brand consistency and in-store presentation
- Photography and video skills are a huge plus
- Strong writing skills — you can write copy that sounds human, not a press release
- You like ownership — if something feels broken, inefficient, or off-brand, you fix it
- Move fast without cutting corners
- You notice things other people don’t — you can walk into a cafe and immediately notice crooked signage, outdated menus, bad lighting, or inconsistent branding
- Comfortable spending time in restaurant environments and interacting with teams
Why This Role Is Exciting
- High visibility with direct access to ownership
- Real creative latitude — you’ll actually shape how the brand lands
- Rapid growth with significant opportunity to grow alongside the company
- You won’t be stuck in a lane - this role touches nearly every part of the brand
- We are a team that genuinely cares about food, hospitality, experience, and building something great together
