Weathervane Home Services is hiring energetic Canvassers / Sales People!
Starting at $25 per hour plus Commission

What You’ll Do
- Knock on 50–70 doors per day in assigned neighborhoods, introducing Weathervane Home Services and the Mass Save / NH Saves programs
- Engage homeowners in conversation about their home comfort and energy costs
- Educate residents on available rebates, incentives, and no-cost/low-cost energy efficiency upgrades
- Schedule qualified in-home energy assessments
- Work with your team and sales staff to ensure smooth handoff of appointments
- Track daily activity and appointments using our simple company system
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions
- Represent Weathervane professionally while having fun in the field

Requirements
- Comfortable knocking on doors and talking to strangers (previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is a big plus)
- Self-motivated with a positive, resilient attitude
- Ability to walk several miles per day outdoors in all weather
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing to travel up to 1 hour to assigned territories
Physical Requirements
- Walk 4–7 miles per day
- Stand for extended periods
- Work comfortably in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions
