Job Overview
Compass of Hope is seeking a Licensed Psychologist (Testing-Focused) to join our collaborative and mission-driven clinical team. This role is ideal for a psychologist who thrives in a structured, productivity-based environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality psychological evaluations.
The position focuses on conducting comprehensive assessments from intake through feedback. Psychologists are expected to complete a minimum of two full evaluations per week, with each evaluation including intake, testing, interpretation, report writing, and a feedback session. Each evaluation is structured to be completed within approximately 18 total hours.
In addition to testing responsibilities, this role includes providing clinical consultation to team members, participating in one day per week of on-call support, maintaining strong communication with leadership, and contributing to professional development through trainings. Opportunities for student supervision may also be available.
This is a full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid position with a mix of in-office and remote work, designed to support productivity and flexibility.
Duties
- Conduct thorough psychological assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and psychological testing, to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, and behavioral health interventions
- Deliver crisis intervention services to stabilize patients experiencing acute mental health episodes or emergencies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care across inpatient, outpatient, hospital, school, and telehealth settings
- Supervise clinical staff and trainees to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Participate in research initiatives aimed at improving clinical outcomes and advancing the field of psychology
Qualifications
- Valid active, unrestricted license as a Clinical Psychologist in New Hampshire, willingness to obtain PsyPact within 90 days
- Strong experience in psychological testing, assessment, and report writing
- Timely and compliant documentation practices
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check
- Maintain professional liability insurance ($1M/$3M)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Supervisory experience overseeing clinical staff or trainees is preferred but not required

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
