Paralegal – Family Law (Divorce & Custody)

Full-Time | On-Site | Nashua, NH | $56K – $73K + Year-End Bonus

Role

This role is for an experienced family law paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be a true partner to a busy attorney. Candidates must:

Have 3–5 years of paralegal experience specifically in family law
Come from a law firm background
Be able to work fully on-site in Nashua, NH 5 days a week

This is NOT for legal assistants without dedicated family law paralegal experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Draft and file petitions, motions, parenting plans, and other court documents
Manage discovery: prepare and respond to interrogatories
Prepare and review financial affidavits and supporting documentation
Coordinate client communication, court filings, and case deadlines
Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit and binder assembly

What We're Looking For

3–5 years of paralegal experience specifically in family law (required)
Law firm background (not corporate or in-house)
Excellent communication and organization skills with an ability to juggle multiple deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and ideally Filevine
Fully on-site in Nashua, NH — 5 days per week
