Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics using advanced automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements to keep vehicles in peak condition.
- Repair and replace powertrain components, transmissions and other mechanical systems with precision and attention to detail.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and alignment machinery to execute repairs efficiently and safely.
- Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service bulletins to troubleshoot complex automotive electrical and mechanical problems.
- Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair needs clearly and offering professional advice on vehicle maintenance.
Requirements
- Proven dealership or service shop experience as an Automotive Technician or Service Technician.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems including powertrain, electrical systems. Diesel engines experience a plus but not required.
- Proficiency with automotive diagnostics tools, schematics interpretation, and electronic testing equipment.
- Hands-on experience with wheel alignment, vehicle maintenance, and auto estimating software is highly desirable.
- Ability to work with various hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic devices safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a customer-focused attitude to deliver quality service under pressure.

Pay: $765.00 - $1,300.00 per week
