Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable CDL A / B Truck Driver to join our dynamic construction team! In this role, you will operate commercial vehicles, including dump truck, to transport materials and equipment to various construction sites. Your expertise in heavy equipment operation and construction site experience will be essential in ensuring timely deliveries and smooth project execution. Duties
- Safely operate commercial vehicles such as dump trucks, , and other heavy equipment to transport materials across multiple job sites
- Assist with asphalt paving and prep work
- Operate loaders, excavators, and other machinery to move materials, as needed on-site
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Collaborate with construction crews to coordinate deliveries and ensure timely arrival of materials for paving, concrete work, or other project phases
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, equipment usage, and safety reports for project documentation
Qualifications
- Valid CDL A or B license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders on construction sites
- Knowledge of construction processes including paving,, rebar installation, and formwork techniques
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic maintenance on vehicles and equipment
- Familiarity with safety protocols related to commercial vehicle operation and construction environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team setting
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy materials and operating machinery
