What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and system tune-ups
- Handle refrigeration, electrical, airflow, and mechanical diagnostics
- Complete furnace, AC, heat pump, and related HVAC repairs
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and solutions
- Document work through mobile service software (notes, photos, job updates)
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Work independently in a fully equipped take-home vehicle
- Collaborate with dispatch and installation teams when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in residential HVAC service and repair (required)
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC systems
- EPA Certification (required)
- State gas fitter or HVAC-related licensing preferred/required depending on assignment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable using mobile apps/service software
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Positive attitude — culture fit is as important as technical ability
