About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Springfield Center for Living and Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of setting the standard of care. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, provide direct patient care, and coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care to our residents, demonstrating compassion, empathy, and respect

Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating input from patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Administer medications and treatments as ordered, ensuring accurate and timely administration

Monitor patient progress, identifying and addressing potential issues promptly

Collaborate with the healthcare team to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide education to patients and families
