What You'll Do
As one of the first voices our customers hear, you'll help create an outstanding experience from the very first phone call.
Your responsibilities include:
- Answer incoming customer calls and schedule service appointments
- Help homeowners feel heard, cared for, and confident they've called the right company
- Make outbound calls for memberships, tune-ups, follow-ups, maintenance reminders, and unsold estimates
- Communicate with customers and technicians throughout the day
- Enter accurate customer information, notes, and appointments into Housecall Pro
- Process customer payments
- Work closely with our office team to keep the schedule running smoothly
- Help create a five-star customer experience on every interaction

Experience We Love
- Customer service experience
- Dispatcher or CSR experience
- Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, or electrical industry (preferred, not required)
- Comfortable learning new technology and software

Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- One-hour lunch
- No evenings
- No weekends
- No on-call
