FALL MOUNTAIN REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT
Position Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Terms of Employment: No less than 3 days per week on site
Evaluation: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Administrative Personnel
Job Goal: To work closely with district leadership, the School Board, and community stakeholders to support the operational and strategic needs of the district.
Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Education, Finance and/or Organizational Leadership
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Education, Finance and/or Organizational Leadership
- Demonstrated experience in executive or high-level organizational leadership.
- New Hampshire experience is preferred.
- Strong strategic planning and operational management skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with governing boards and administrative teams.
- Demonstrated experience in organizational restructuring.
- Time commitment of no less than 3 days per week (on site)
- Commitment to the values and goals of the Fall Mountain Regional School District.
