Experienced Carpenter / Framer & Craftsperson
Location: Southern NH (Hampstead area)
Position Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $27.00 per hour (Starting rate negotiable based on experience and skill level)

Position Overview-
We are seeking an Experienced Carpenter who is comfortable taking projects from initial layout to finished product. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on skills, standard power tool proficiency, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities-
Framing & Structural: Read blueprints, measure accurately, and erect walls, subfloors, roofs, or custom framing.
Finish Carpentry: Install doors, trim, baseboards, crown molding, cabinetry, and custom woodwork.
Site Preparation & Assembly: Measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, composite materials, and other building supplies.
Tool & Safety Management: Operate hand and power tools safely (e.g., miter saws, table saws, nail guns). Maintain a clean and safe job site.
Collaboration: Work alongside job site superintendents, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2–4+ years of professional residential or commercial carpentry experience.
Tools: All tools provided
Transport: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (capable of hauling personal tools).
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs, stand for long periods, work on ladders/scaffolding, and work indoors/outdoors in varied weather.
Punctuality & Communication: Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and strong problem-solving skills.
