Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a role that will allow you to slow down and provide compassionate care in a one-on-one setting?
BrightStar Care is building a team of RNs to provide in home care to a 15 month child with skilled nursing needs. Trach, vent, and g-tube experience is required.

We ensure our RNs have the skills they need to be successful in caring for our clients through competency demonstration in our on-site simulation lab. We also offer client-specific skill enhancement opportunities in the home when indicated. Necessary personal protective equipment is provided so that you can feel confident and safe when you care for your clients.
Requirements:
● Current, valid state NH RN license in good standing
● Ability to obtain BLS certification.
● Recent wellness exam and negative TB skin test (provided if needed) or chest x-ray.
● Minimum one (1) year of documented health care experience is required.
● Ability to pass a comprehensive fingerprint/background check and drug screening.
● Ensures confidentiality and security of the client’s medical information.
● Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, monitoring, and documentation using EMR and EHR systems.
- Administer medications and treatments, including IV insertion and catheterization, while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Perform tube feeding and airway management as needed, while maintaining CPR and BLS certifications.
- Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes.
