Summary
We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team at KinderCare Learning Centers in the United States. In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, contributing significantly to their early development and learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood learning.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the learning experience.
- Maintain classroom organization and manage behavior effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in childcare.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Qualifications
- CDA or AA in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Daycare Teacher or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual needs.
- Certification in First Aid/CPR (preferred).
- Familiarity with special education practices (a plus).
- Passion for working with young children.
