Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Labeling and Packaging Technician, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are accurately labeled and packaged to meet industry standards. In this energetic environment, you will collaborate with various departments to uphold quality and compliance while contributing to the efficiency of our manufacturing processes. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional products to our customers while adhering to USDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices).
What you’ll do
- Operate and maintain packaging machinery, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Execute labeling tasks with precision, verifying accuracy against specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to streamline assembly processes and enhance productivity.
- Conduct routine inspections of packaging materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for monitoring equipment functionality and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Maintain compliance with USDA regulations and CGMP throughout all packaging operations.
- Safely operate pallet jacks for material handling within the warehouse environment.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for assembly tasks, ensuring all components are correctly fitted.
Experience
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting, preferably in a labeling or packaging role is a plus. Will train the right candidate.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues independently is also a plus, but not a requirement.
- Familiarity with USDA regulations and CGMP practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
