Job Summary
Our County Navigators provide coordination of case management and prevention services to the vulnerable populations in Merrimack County. Such populations may include, low-income families, people with developmental disabilities, at-risk youth, victims of abuse, families experiencing Domestic Violence or Substance Misuse, elderly residents, individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability, or individuals experiencing re-entry post incarceration. This position will accept referrals from community sources.

Required Education & Experience
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or University with major course work in social work, criminal justice, psychology or related field.
EXPERIENCE: Two years of related experience working in prevention or education field, with a focus on trauma informed practices.
