Position Overview:
Rimol is looking to grow our team with the addition of an experienced, full-time Customer Service Representative based onsite at our location in Hooksett, NH. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for prospective and existing customers, providing technical and logistical support via phone, email and in-person. You will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to build strong relationships with customers and ensure that customer needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by responding to customer questions via phone and email.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Operations and Warehouse teams to troubleshoot, promptly address and report on issues with orders, products, and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Greet and provide any support required for all customers who come to pick up sales orders at the Rimol warehouse.
Sales Support:
- Assist walk-in customers by providing product information, answering questions, and guiding them through the sales process.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales to respond promptly to customer requests for quotes via phone and email.
- Support the Outside Sales team as needed with various tasks such as customer communication, ERP/CRM administration, or market research.
Brand Development:
- Promote our brand externally by serving as a positive, friendly, knowledgeable and professional representative when interacting with customers, vendors and staff.
- Collaborate with Marketing to showcase our brand and reputation for top-notch customer service to prospective and existing customers.
- Provide support for sales-focused Marketing tasks, such as mailing catalogs and product information to prospects and customers; writing informational blogs and customer stories for the website; providing input on informational video content; and/or attending local trade shows.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with our Sales, Operations and Warehouse teams to fulfill customer requests, resolve issues, and ensure a cohesive approach to serving customers and driving sales.
- Contribute to overall Sales team success by sharing customer feedback, sales insights, and suggestions for process improvements.
- Serve as a vital team member in a growing business of 20+ employees.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business, horticulture, or a related field preferred
- 2-3+ years of experience in customer service or sales, with knowledge of the greenhouse, agricultural or horticultural sectors highly desirable
- Essential skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, including telephone skills; proficiency with Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel); experience with ERP/CRM

Note: This position is a full-time role, based in-person in our office in Hooksett, NH with expected hours of 8am-4pm.
