Job Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process and final inspections on aerospace components
- Use gauges, microscopes, and visual tools to check part quality
- Follow precise work instructions and document findings
- Support quality, safety, and production goals on your team
- Help train others and contribute to a high-performance culture
What You Bring:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Post-secondary/trade school experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
- Comfortable using tools and working hands-on
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and climb ladders
