Responsibilities:
- Identify Cuts of Meat
- Bag and Seal Product
- Operate Dome Sealer and other small equipment.
- Package products according to company standards and procedures
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of packages
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisor to prioritize and fulfill orders
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Identifying pork primals & subprimals -- Will train
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packaging products
