Mineral Springs Center is seeking a reliable, motivated, and team-focused Day Supervisor to join our leadership team under new management. Provide strong leadership and supervision to nursing staff during day shift operations
Ensure resident care is delivered according to state/federal regulations and facility policies
Support, guide, and assist staff with clinical decisions and resident needs
Coordinate workflow, assignments, and communication across departments
Participate in care planning, admissions, rounds, and quality initiatives
Promote a positive team culture and serve as a resource to staff, residents, and families
Active RN or LPN license (RN preferred)
Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and manage clinical workflow
