The Alexander Technology Group is looking for a Project Manager. Reporting to the COO, you'll manage projects from R&D to manufacturing and launch, ensuring smooth product transitions and efficient execution of design controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Planning & Execution:
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Drive execution across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial.
- Forecasting and Vendor management:
- Interface with key suppliers to manage forecasts, orders, and maintain strong relationships.
- Partner with project teams and leadership on material planning and projections
- Oversee placement and tracking of supply orders, stock levels, purchase orders, and invoices to ensure timely delivery and cost control.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure clear communication and accountability across all stakeholders.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor program health and escalate issues proactively.
- Reporting & Communication:
- Provide regular updates to leadership and investors.
- Prepare dashboards and reports for executive review.
